Strategy & Management Consulting
Background
My foundation is in Program Management, where I served at a large financial services company leading developers’ workstreams to service and launch their internet services suite. After shifting to the federal consulting space, I led the Program Management Office for an agency-wide modernization project. There, I also performed strategy development, business process redesign, workload analysis, and conducted stakeholder interviews, resulting in a reformed and more efficient agency structured around the clients it served.

Post 9/11, a new approach to process design was necessitated that focused on resiliency and Mission Assurance. As a Certified Business Continuity Professional, I led Mission Assurance teams in the IC and DoD to identify single points of failure, analyze mission risk, develop agency-wide business continuity plans, and implement programs for testing and training business continuity plans (TT&E). At one agency, I coordinated the activities of over 100 agency-wide business continuity planners, provided BCP training and mentoring to planners, conducted site visits and evaluations, and authored and maintained the agency’s BCP Standard Operating Procedures. I also designed and oversaw the agency metrics scoring program, reported monthly to IC executives, and was involved in strategic planning efforts for the client’s Continuity Planning team.

I am excited to now be stepping out as an independent contractor, bringing my public sector consulting, non-profit leadership, and business transformation expertise to clients seeking reliable, seasoned experience without having to hire a permanent benefited employee.
